Background:
In bipolar disorder (a severe mental illness, characterised by recurrent mood episodes with manic, hypomanic and depressive episodes altered with euthymic periods), positive psychology interventions are rarely applied. Although there is evidence that PPI’s can fill in a current gap between treatment and unmet needs.
Aim:
The current study is designed to study the acceptability of the application and to study the feasibility of the design of the study. We will use a mixed-method design of quantitative and qualitative methods.
